Emergency Response Steps Adopted At Enzen



Creation of Pathogen response governance team, local subteams and area wise SPOC members

Periodic undertaking of extensive cleaning of multi-touch surfaces like door knobs, touch panels etc at all office locations

Availability of hand sanitizers and hygiene fluids at all strategic office location points.

Emergency preparedness for helping Enzenites or their families diagnosed with infection

Extensive planning for business continuity and avoiding project delays

Formulation of policies to avoid unnecessary exposure of Enzenites through travel or being in crowded places

Launch of awareness campaign through communication mailers, screensavers and periodic information messages

Creation of policy to ensure complaince with health advisories issued by local governments

We are making utmost effort to keep our office and employees safe from the current outbreak.  Multitude of hygiene ensuring activities have been reinforced and some safety and precautionary policies have been adopted in some geographies to ensure compliance with government policies and directives.  In case of an emergency we request you to kindly cooperate with the SPOCs and PRGT members in ensuring complete safety of the office and employees. While any inconvenience caused due to enhanced safety measures is regretted, your cooperation with the Pathogen Response Task Force will be highly appreciated.
